The service at the front desk and during meals was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was very large and had a beautiful view outside, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel also offered a variety of onsen baths with different properties, providing a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, dinner was a traditional kaiseki meal that showcased the skill of the chefs and the high quality of the ingredients. this place offered enhanced comfort and exceptional services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The food was amazing and the beautiful scenery was breathtaking. We especially loved the traditional dinner which displayed the chef's evident skill. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, overlooking a stunning view of the surrounding nature. the hotel provided multiple types of onsen baths which were great for relieving muscle tension and purifying the skin.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The spa services were only available for females and the in-room massages were outsourced, resulting in inconsistent service.

The accommodation is decent with a spacious room and a good shower. the breakfast is satisfying and cooked well. the surroundings offer some beautiful sights as well. the onsen baths are there if you are willing to pay extra.
If you require efficient service, this location might not meet your expectations.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the amazing food. the large rooms offered a comfortable stay and the well, trained staff provided impeccable service. the different types of onsen baths provided numerous benefits including relieving muscle tension and purifying the skin. the traditional kaiseki dinner was expertly prepared with high, quality ingredients and showcased the skilled chefs' talents. the included breakfast was outstanding and provided great value for the Ryokan experience.
The spa services were only available to females, and the in, room massages were outsourced and not always consistent. the language barrier can be a bit challenging in this small town, as English is not widely spoken.
